(Please note that you have to Register to access most features)
Memberlist - allows you to see everyone registered and keep in touch
Private Messages - allows you to send a message to someone via the message board that they can read when they log in. Even if the member does not list an Email, you can still contact them directly! (The system can store up to 10 incoming and outgoing PM's, so delete old ones to allow for more)
Search - Instantly find messages by keyword or author.
Message Quoting - Quote Part or all of a message when replying.
Fowarded Emails - If you 'show' your email, the system display's a button to email you. For security, the system does NOT display the actual email and uses the button to forward the mail for you. It's then up to you if you wish to reply, and no one gets your email address for spam!
Who's Online - If people 'log in' to view the messages (recommended - see below), there's a listing at the bottom of the Main Message Menu showing who's online at the moment.
View posts since last visit - If you 'log in' every time you load the messages, the "View posts since last visit" link appears, allowing you to only call up things you have not read. You can also just pick and choose what to read based on the forum it's it. (Not everyone likes politics for example...)
Mark all topics read - Allows you to tag the entire forum as having been read/views already. In the example of not being interested in politics, rather than have all the messages show up as un-read over and over, simply tag the entire "politics" forum as already read and they will no longer be on the 'View posts' list when you call it up!
Profiles - You can edit a personal profile at any time - it allows you to list Instant Messenger Contact ID's (ICQ, AIM, MSN, Yahoo), a personal website, your email (adds an Email button), your Location, Occupation, Interests, and even a Signature/Tagline that can appear at the bottom of all of your posts.
FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions link that can offer help for almost anything you wish to do on the Message System
